ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • Physical product shipping is available only within Australia. At this time, international shipping is not offered.

  • A flat rate of $9.99 applies to all Australian orders under $100.

  • Yes! Orders over $100 qualify for FREE standard shipping.

  • All physical products are shipped via Australia Post.

  • Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–5 business days. Orders are processed within 7 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Yes, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent upon dispatch.

    What happens if the shipping address is incorrect?
    Delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect address details are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure all details are accurate.
     

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Yes, return or refund requests can be submitted within 30 days of delivery for eligible reasons such as:

    • Incorrect size

    • Damaged upon delivery

    • Incorrect item received
       

    Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

    • Personalized or custom-made items

    • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • All digital products are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. Before purchasing, please ensure the ability to use the required tools (e.g., Canva, Figma). Refer to the Digital Product Policy for more information.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS / CANVA TEMPLATES

    • Canva Pro Templates require a Canva Pro subscription for access to premium fonts and elements.

    • Canva Full Templates are fully editable and compatible with both Free and Pro Canva accounts.

    • Canva Free Templates can be used with a Free Canva and Pro Canva accounts and include only free elements.

    • Photo Source: Canva Pro
      If the image is sourced from Canva Pro, it is included with your Canva Pro subscription, and you can use it without additional costs.

    • Photo source: Any third-party site (e.g., Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay, etc.)

    • Photos are not included with the templates. Templates that contain third-party photos will be clearly noted. You will need to replace or edit these images to suit your needs.
       

    • Mockups are not included and are used for preview purposes only.

  • A downloadable PDF guide will be provided upon successful purchase. This file includes direct links to the templates and will also be sent to the email address used at checkout.

  • Yes, all templates are fully customizable. Text, fonts, images, colours, and layout can be modified to suit your brand.

  • Templates may be used to create content for personal or business use. Resale, redistribution, or use for client projects is not permitted.

  • Support is available via email at hoy@astigcreatives.au. Please reach out for assistance.

  • Refunds, exchanges, or store credits are not offered for digital products. Before purchasing, please ensure the ability to use the required tools (e.g., Canva, Figma). Refer to the Digital Product Policy for more information.

  • Yes, commercial use is allowed for personal branding and business content. However, resale or sharing of editable files is not permitted.
