Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services and products provided by Astig Creatives ("Company"), these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed accepted and agreed upon. If any part of these terms is not accepted, the services must not be used and no products should be purchased. Astig Creatives is owned and operated by Lester Pudol (ABN: 22 921 808 571).

Age Requirement

Use of this website, purchase of products, or engagement of services confirms that the user is either:

a) At least 18 years of age, or

b) Under 18 years of age but has obtained parental or legal guardian consent, with agreement to these Terms on the user's behalf.

Services and Products

Astig Creatives provides services including, but not limited to, branding, social media graphic design, and web design. Digital products, such as Canva templates and downloadable assets, as well as physical products under the Astig Culture brand, are also offered. Detailed descriptions of all offerings are outlined in individual proposals or product listings.

Consumer Rights

Efforts are made to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products. In cases of faults, misrepresentation, or discrepancies, eligibility for a repair, replacement, or refund may apply. All returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in the Returns & Exchange Policy.

Quotations, Payments & Fees

Quotations: Provided for customised services such as branding, web design, and social media graphic design.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required prior to the commencement of any work.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and must be received before final deliverables are released or the website is launched.

Late Payments: May incur additional fees and could result in project delays.

Physical Products: Full payment is required at checkout before any physical items are dispatched.

Digital Products: Full payment is required at checkout. No shipping is necessary, and access to digital files will be granted immediately after payment is processed.

Client Responsibilities

All necessary materials, information, and approvals must be provided in a timely manner to support the efficient progress of any project. Delays in submitting required content or feedback may impact the project timeline and could result in additional charges.

For digital products, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have access to, and a basic understanding of, the necessary tools required to use and edit the files (e.g., Canva, Figma). Product descriptions should be reviewed carefully prior to purchase. If there are any questions regarding file compatibility or editing requirements, enquiries are encouraged before completing the transaction.

Communication

Official communication will be conducted primarily via email, telephone, or virtual meetings. Responsibility lies with clients to monitor communications and respond to approval requests in a timely fashion.

Revisions and Alterations

Services include a specified number of revisions as detailed in the project proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees.

Delivery and Shipping Terms

Digital Products: No shipping is required for digital products. Upon successful completion of the purchase, a PDF guide containing direct access links to the purchased templates will be made available for immediate download. A copy of the same will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Digital Services: Final files or deliverables related to digital services will be delivered electronically upon project completion and receipt of full payment.

Physical Products: Items will be shipped in accordance with the shipping policy outlined at checkout. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and courier efficiency. Responsibility for delays caused by third-party shipping providers is not assumed.

Shipping Availability
Physical product shipping is available only within Australia. At this time, international shipping is not offered.

Shipping Rates
A standard shipping rate of $9.99 is applied to all Australian orders under $100.
Free standard shipping is provided for Australian orders of $100 or more.

Shipping Courier
To ensure safe and timely delivery of physical products, ASTIG Creatives has partnered with Australia Post.

Order Tracking
Once a physical product order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent. This enables tracking of the package throughout its delivery journey.

Shipping Address
Accurate shipping details must be provided at the time of purchase. ASTIG Creatives cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect address information.

Delivery Times
Australia: Standard shipping generally takes 3–5 business days.
All physical product orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to external factors beyond control.

Returns and Refunds Policy

For Physical Products (e.g., T-Shirts, Hoodies, Tote Bags):


Timeframe: Returns or refund requests can be made within 30 days of delivery.


Eligible Returns:

  • Incorrect size

  • Damaged upon delivery

  • Incorrect item received


Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)


For Digital Products (e.g., Downloads, Templates):


No Refunds or Returns: All sales of digital products are final. Refunds or returns are not available for downloadable or digital items

Faulty or Incorrect Items (Physical Products Only)
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, email us at hoy@astigcreatives.au within 7 days with your order number and photos. A replacement, refund, or store credit will be offered.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hoy@astigcreatives.au with your order number and reason for return.  

  2. Follow the provided instructions to securely return the item.  


Refunds for Physical Products only
Postage and packaging fees for returns are not covered.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable 

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables for customised services will be transferred to the client. Astig Creatives retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and promotional materials. Ownership of any preliminary concepts, drafts, or unused design elements not included in the final deliverables remains with Astig Creatives.

All digital products, including templates and downloadable assets, remain the intellectual property of Astig Creatives and are provided for personal or limited commercial use as specified in the product license. Reproduction, resale, redistribution, or modification of digital products without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

All physical product designs remain the intellectual property of Astig Creatives and must not be reproduced, resold, or altered without explicit permission.

Confidentiality

Any proprietary, sensitive, or confidential information disclosed during the course of a project, service engagement, or product design (whether digital or physical) shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties. This obligation extends beyond the completion of the project or sale of products. For custom or specially designed products, whether digital or physical, where proprietary information is involved, this confidentiality obligation remains in effect.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement via written notice. If termination is initiated by the client, the deposit remains non-refundable, and payment for any completed work beyond the deposit may be required. If termination occurs without cause by Astig Creatives, a prorated refund of the deposit will be issued.
 

Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. In the event of significant changes, notification will be provided.

By proceeding with any services or purchases, it is acknowledged that these Terms and Conditions have been read, understood, and agreed upon.

Digital Product Policy

Final Sale/ No Returns or Exchanges
All digital product sales are considered final. Due to the nature of downloadable items, returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be offered once a purchase has been completed, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Access and Downloads

  • Upon successful payment, a PDF file containing access links to the purchased digital product will be provided.

  • The PDF guide will be sent to the email address submitted during checkout and will also be available for immediate download via the website.

  • In the event of access issues, assistance can be requested by contacting hoy@astigcreatives.au.


File Quality

  • All digital files are thoroughly reviewed for quality prior to being listed for purchase.

  • If a file is found to be corrupted or unusable, notification must be made within 7 days of purchase to receive support or a replacement, subject to review.


Licensing and Usage

  • Each digital product includes a license for personal or commercial use, as specified in the product listing.

  • Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of any digital product is strictly prohibited without prior permission.
